Rules Center - Rule Proposals Under Review by JCARR
A Place to Review Proposed Rules that Would Affect Older Ohioans

After the period of public comment has ended, a proposed rule will be submitted to the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review. There, it undergoes a formal review process that includes a public hearing. If the proposed rule passes this review, it becomes an official state regulation that will be listed in the Ohio Administrative Code.
